I'm reading this one story at a time.CHERRIES WORTH GETTING -- by Ginn Hale. 4 stars
This story is very well-written. Kevin, an Irregulars agent, is tracking down a case of cannibalism. He believes goblins are behind the murders. As it turns out, a fellow agent who used to be a fuck buddy, Gunther, is a 'trans-goblin'. Kevin and Gunther work on the case together while Kevin tries to get over his prejudice against goblins and maybe move towards a real relationship with Gunther. Along the way there are blood drinking goth bands, a questionable steak house, port-o-potties that act as teleportation booths and other goodies. The story is more of a mystery/fantasy than a romance, and as a romance reader I would have preferred more of that. But the world-building was nicely done and a lot of fun.
