I've enjoyed several of the Tucker Springs novels and I liked the sound of this premise, so I was looking forward to reading it. It's a solid 4 stars for me. It was a quick read, going down very smoothly, with no lagging or overwhelming angst. I enjoyed both MCs and the conflict of them being a minister and an atheist. Although religious subject matter can be tricky to handle without getting dogmatic, L.A. Witt did an excellent job of keeping it realistic and likable on both sides. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Tucker Springs.
